A home that feels like youRefined in detail.
Refined in detail.
Grounded in real life.
A beautiful room should also make your day easier. At Cracraft Design, we begin with how you cook, gather, unwind, and move through your home. Then we bring thoughtful planning, enduring materials, and a discerning eye to every decision—creating spaces that feel as good as they look.

Good design begins
with how you live.
A personal retreat.
Comfortable, carefully planned spaces with considered lighting, useful storage, and a thoughtful balance of materials, function, and ease of movement.
A connected home.
From adjoining rooms to a focused design consultation, an attentive eye for the way your spaces work together—and the details that make them your own.
Design for living in placeMore independence.
More independence.
More possibility.
Helping an elderly relative remain independent at home gave Susan a deeply personal understanding of what thoughtful design can do. That experience inspired her study and application of living-in-place techniques.
Her approach considers your needs today and how they may evolve, bringing comfort, dignity, and beautiful design into the same conversation.
Ease in the everyday
Consider accessible storage, comfortable reach, intuitive controls, and task lighting that supports daily routines.
Room to move with confidence
Plan circulation, clear floor space, transitions, and material choices around the people who use the home.
Thoughtful planning for what’s next
Explore adaptable features and future needs early, so practical decisions feel integrated into the design.
